The Direct Experience
"My treatments are more than informational...they are transformational"
About Me
Peter Kenney is a Mind-Body Therapist, Spiritual Counselor, and Meditation Teacher with a seasoned career spanning over 20 years. He specializes in helping individuals to be liberated from negative patterns that hinder their personal and spiritual growth.
Through his two-decade journey, Peter has immersed himself in various healing arts modalities. These include Cranial Sacral Unwinding, Sat Nam Rasayan, Reiki, Sensory Repatterning, and a host of manual and mental therapeutic techniques.
His path began in the realm of animal therapy, where he worked extensively with abused animals. By tapping into each animal's mind-body system, Peter was able to discern where trauma was stored within their bodies and subsequently aid them in releasing it. This invaluable experience provided him with a profound insight: the pain held within these animals was not their own but that of their abusers.
In time, Peter's focus transitioned to the human system. Here, he noted a stark contrast between humans and animals in their processing of trauma. Unlike animals, humans often weave intricate narratives around their pain, further complicating their healing process. Peter's unique perspective and expertise make him exceptionally equipped to guide individuals towards health and holistic well-being.
About My Work

The Direct Experience is an engaging and immersive therapy session designed to acquaint you with the profound depths of your Mind and Body System. Imagine embarking on an exhilarating journey, traversing through the terrains of your physical, emotional, and mental existence.
Through this process, you will get to experience the true nature of your Mind-Body structures, which are perpetually shifting and which you have been conditioned to regard as your 'self'. By directly observing the fleeting nature of these structures, you gradually rediscover your true self. This awakening understanding allows you to see that you are not simply the sum of your mind-body and its reactive, patterned, psycho-physical manifestations, but rather the conscious observer of them. You are the one who bears witness to them, establishing your identity beyond these transient experiences.

In the absence of who you are not... there you are.
