The Three Stages of Change
The First Phase:
Allow yourself to ACCEPT the reality of WHAT IS, rather than what you desire it to be or wish to avoid. Accepting the ACTUAL is the initial step in becoming conscious of transformation. What is happening is happening. Now what?
If one cannot accept the ACTUAL, then one is adding resistance to the living moment, thereby extending the conflict.
The Second Phase:
The second phase involves attaining NEUTRALITY, beyond your personal expectations for a desired outcome.
You no longer yearn to WIN. You no longer dread to LOSE. You’re ready to embrace and work towards the best outcome, regardless of fear.
This moves an individual from reactivity to proactivity.
The Final Phase:
Once ACCEPTANCE and NEUTRALITY are achieved, you’re prepared to engage with TRANSFORMATION.
Fear is not your copilot.
You are primed for sincerity. Embrace honesty within yourself and when interacting with others.
