Why come?

I have chronic pain: Somewhere along the way I lost my connection to Self.  

 

I want to learn more about the Mind-Body: How have my thoughts and mental patterns affected my system?  

I am ready to take conscious control of my journey: It's time to proact instead of react.

How does this work?

 

As a facilitator of direct experience, my role involves guiding you from a state of chronic discomfort or ignorance to a state of fluidity, vitality, and tranquility. As you disengage from the reactive Mind-Body system that perpetuates dis-ease, you'll transition to a healthier, more peaceful state.

 

The act of freeing yourself from the convoluted web of dysfunctional thoughts—spun by personal narratives, judgments, expectations, and the defilements of fear, greed, hatred, anxiety, and delusion—leads to the dissolution of the mind-body struggle. You will rediscover Nature's Law of Impermanence: everything is subject to change. Learn to let go.

I'm not speaking of 'healing' in a mystical, non-tangible manner. Instead, I refer to an intelligent, eloquent life system that knows how to recalibrate itself when given the 'space' to do so. This involves a conscious decision to awaken from the ignorance that binds you.

Healing without understanding is incomplete!

I serve as your vessel of neutrality and awareness, delving into layers of energy 'knots' causing your physical and mental discomfort, pain, and dis-ease, until you initiate your own awakening from ignorance. As I heal, I also educate. This process naturally begins to alleviate restrictions, limitations, and resistances created by identifying with the mind and body. Health, wisdom, and awareness are sure to return.

I will show you how to observe your reactive mind-body system, how to naturally witness the separation of Self from them, and how to allow healing to return. I'll teach you how to listen and allow, and how to let go by first showing you what you're holding on to. You'll understand firsthand the impact of detrimental thought patterns on physical tissue and see these thought patterns operating like underlying software, affecting and confusing your life.

I will instruct you on proper meditation techniques, empowering you to facilitate your return to wisdom and maintain the work we do together.

Remember, you are wholly responsible for your suffering and your joy.

Your physical body mirrors your state of mind. If your mind is tainted by dysfunctional thought patterns or impure activities, and if you've identified with these patterns and impurities, your life will undoubtedly become a struggle filled with suffering, or a hazy distraction that incites fear in stillness and silence. So, what's the real issue? From my experience, problems arise when the Self is confused with the reactive mind and the physical body, resulting in instability, scarcity, suffering, alienation, anger, and conflict, rather than embodying love, compassion, and joy.

The only constant in this impermanent universe is the witnessing of change every moment.

The problem isn't your situation, your circumstance, or your pain. The problem is your perception of these elements.

What is this exactly? Is it energy work? Is it talk therapy?

In essence, it's a fusion of both: dialogue, touch, and meditative guidance. Everything is energy. My work involves creating a buffer between you and the mental material influencing your physical body and mental health, allowing you to realize firsthand that you aren't your ever-changing Mind-Body states.

My sessions are facilitated through a blend of cranial-sacral techniques, intuitive evaluation, energy dispersion and unwinding, listening, allowing, and spiritual guidance.

The neutral space of non-judgment allows me to engage in deep dialogue with your Mind-Body system, co-facilitating a return to inner composure. A sense of wholeness that returns you to the home you never left inside yourself.
